ORDERING & PRICING

We have made every effort to display our products, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and will be shown at checkout.

In the unlikely event that a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact you before dispatch. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Klarna. Instalments are available through Klarna and PayPal at checkout. We are unable to take payment over the phone.

Only one promotional code may be used per order.


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to tamara@vip-equestrian.com or by using the Withdraw Contract button in the footer of our website.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary delivery costs you chose over and above standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or 14 days after you provide evidence of return — whichever is earlier.

We will refund using the same payment method you used to place your order. We will not charge a fee for this reimbursement.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in new, unused, resaleable condition in their original packaging.

Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to your specification.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If you change your mind after the cancellation window, you can return goods within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that are dirty or show signs of use.

Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.

Please include your order number, name, address and contact number with your return, and clearly state whether you require a refund (within the 14-day cancellation period) or an exchange/credit note. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for returns that do not reach us.

VIP saddle pads come with a 2-year guarantee, subject to fair use and proof of purchase.

For issues with leatherwork products, please contact us and we will direct your query to the relevant supplier.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE

VIP saddle pads are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, within the bounds of normal use. Proof of purchase is required. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at tamara@vip-equestrian.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may wish to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr which may be of assistance to EU-based customers.


GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
