DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world but also have stockists who may be able to supply you in your local country.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Be warned, you may end up paying import tax on your order.

International customers are responsible for customs and duty charges imposed by their own countries. Please follow your tracking and shipping links closely. Taxes are usually payable online, prior to delivery or collection. Please Please use a regularly monitored email address for your purchase. We won't spam you but the tracking for your parcel and any updates will be emailed to this address. If you do not respond to these notifications then your parcel may get returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to us because a customer has not paid the customs charges, additional costs are at the customers expense and refunds are minus shipping costs. 

HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG DOES POSTAGE COST/TAKE?

Over £100, UK Postage is free to mainland addresses. International parcels cost £18-£28 approx

UK parcels are shipped Royal Mail on a 48hr Tracked service. This isn't a guaranteed time frame but it represents good value and reliability at between £2.87 and £4.50, depending on parcel size and weight. Unless a specialist service was arranged please allow 4 working days before contacting us.

We try hard to accommodate all customers shipping requests where possible. Courier and guaranteed delivery services may incur an additional cost from Royal Mail. This can be invoiced as a custom item.

Shipping times aren’t guaranteed and are occasionally subject to a shipping companies operational limitations like weather, Holiday Periods and other operational reasons.
