UK DELIVERY
Orders over £100 to UK mainland addresses qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders under £100, standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is charged based on parcel size and weight (typically £2.87–£4.50). This is not a guaranteed service but is reliable in most circumstances. Please allow up to 4 working days before contacting us about a delayed order.
If you need something urgently, please get in touch via our website chat, WhatsApp, or by calling Tamara on 07801063147. We will always try to accommodate urgent requests where possible. Courier or guaranteed next-day delivery services may be available at additional cost and can be arranged as a custom order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. International orders typically cost £18–£28 depending on destination and parcel size. We also have distributors in South Africa, New Zealand, Germany and Australia who may be able to help if you prefer a local supplier.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes levied by their country. These are usually payable online before or at the point of delivery. If you do not pay customs charges when prompted, your parcel may be returned to us. In this case, re-shipping costs and any return charges will be at your expense, and refunds will be minus original shipping costs.
Please use a regularly monitored email address when placing your order, as tracking notifications and customs alerts will be sent there.
TRACKING
Tracking is added to every order. You will receive email and/or text notifications as your parcel progresses. You can use these links to rearrange delivery, request a safe place, or redirect to a pick-up point if needed.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your property and with neighbours — the tracking will usually include a delivery photo. If you still can't locate it, contact us straight away and we will escalate with the carrier on your behalf. Carriers typically take 1–2 working days to investigate.
Orders left at a pick-up shop must be collected within 5 working days. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-shipping costs will apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the rare event your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at tamara@vip-equestrian.com as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging if damaged, as this may be needed for any carrier claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or operational disruptions at the carrier. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
